Our three-year-old program is a playful exploration of physical development. We focus on building the essential building blocks of coordination, balance, and focus through safe, supervised movement activities.

Jumping & Hopping
Developing explosive power and rhythmic coordination through playful jumping sequences and hopping patterns.

Balance & Crawling
Building core stability and spatial awareness through crawling, balancing, and directional movement games.

Basic Stances
Introducing age-appropriate stances and footwork patterns to help children develop body control and focus.

Focus & Freeze
Developing listening skills and self-control through our signature 'Breakout Freeze' activity and stop-and-go games.
Breakout Kids — Ages 4
Building on foundational skills with more structured combinations, directional movement, and coordination sequences.

Structured Combinations
Children master more complex movement patterns, building confidence through age-appropriate stances and footwork.
Directional Mastery
Developing spatial awareness and body control through rolling progressions and precise balance challenges.
Introductory Pad Work
Optional introductory pad work introduces basic safety concepts and focus without student-to-student contact.
